Carlos Aguilar, Account Manager

March 2010

Carlos Aguilar has joined Simtech, Inc., a Connecticut-based international supplier of military spare parts. Carlos comes to Simtech from the oil and gas industry, where he worked for seven years in Supply Chain Management.

Previously, Carlos worked closely with Project Operations Teams to ensure that contracts were completed within budget and on schedule. Carlos also led negotiations with key suppliers, prepared contract agreements and ensured performance goals were met.

Carlos earned his B.S. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Institute of Technology and Superior Studies of Monterrey, Mexico (ITESM). In his new position as Account Manager for South America, Carlos will mainly be responsible for sales and support to our existing and future customers in this region.

Carlos lives in Simsbury, Connecticut with his wife Ana and their two children. His experience and background will be an asset to Simtech as it continues to grow its customer base. He is excited to begin in his new position and to be part of Simtech’s continued growth and success.
